Privacy Policy

To provide the service we process merchant account details (such as email and merchant name), integration and authentication credentials, and order data required to create and track stablecoin payments.

When a merchant website integrates with AinePay, it connects to the AinePay API to create orders, fetch supported coins and query order status. Requests may include authentication metadata, cryptographic signatures, timestamps, the order amount, the selected coin and network, a site-namespaced order identifier, and a pseudonymous user identifier derived from the merchant site and customer identifier for signed-in customers, or a per-order identifier for guests. Customer names, email addresses, billing addresses and shipping addresses are not sent for these payment requests.

This data is used solely to create payment orders, determine supported coins/chains, verify payment status, and operate the non-custodial settlement flow. It is not used for advertising.

AinePay is non-custodial and does not hold customer or merchant funds. On-chain payment addresses and transactions are recorded on public blockchains, which are outside AinePay's control.

AinePay may use cookies or browser storage that are necessary for authentication, security, language preferences and core site operation. AinePay does not use this payment data for targeted advertising. You can remove cookies through your browser, but disabling essential storage may prevent account or payment features from working.

Merchant account and payment-order records are retained while the account is active and for as long as reasonably necessary afterward to provide support, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, maintain transaction integrity and meet legal obligations. Security and technical logs are retained only for a reasonable operational period. Data is deleted or anonymized when it is no longer needed, except for public blockchain records, backups awaiting rotation, or records that must be retained by law.

AinePay may share data with infrastructure, hosting, database, email, security and blockchain-network providers only as needed to operate and protect the service. Data may also be disclosed when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a service transfer with appropriate notice. Blockchain addresses and transactions submitted to a public network are public by design and may be copied or analyzed by third parties independently of AinePay. Personal data is not sold.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access to, correction of, deletion of, restriction of, objection to, or portability of personal data handled by AinePay. You may also complain to your local data-protection authority. Requests can be sent to support@ainepay.com and may require identity verification. Some records may be retained for security, dispute-resolution or legal reasons, and public blockchain data cannot be altered or erased by AinePay.

API requests use authentication credentials and cryptographic signatures to verify their source and integrity. Integration credentials are stored by the merchant's system and should be protected from unauthorized access; AinePay interfaces do not display stored secrets back in plain text.

The service is intended for adults and businesses and is not directed to children. You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority where you live, to create or control a merchant account. If AinePay learns that a child provided personal data without valid authorization, reasonable steps will be taken to delete it.

We may update this policy from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made.
