Terms of Service

AinePay provides non-custodial payment infrastructure for supported stablecoins that merchants can integrate with their websites and checkout systems. Payments settle directly to a collection address the merchant controls; AinePay does not take custody of merchant or customer funds.

You must provide accurate information when creating a merchant account and are responsible for keeping all integration credentials, authentication tokens and signing secrets confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account and credentials.

You are responsible for providing a correct collection address and for complying with all laws applicable to your business, including tax, consumer-protection and financial-services rules in your jurisdiction. You must not use the service for unlawful activity.

Payments are made in the selected stablecoin on the selected network within a defined payment window. Amounts and network fees are shown before payment. On-chain settlement times depend on the underlying blockchain and are outside AinePay's control.

AinePay does not issue automatic refunds and does not custody the underlying funds. If a payment is late or the payment window expires, AinePay may record the amount as a reusable ledger credit: for signed-in customers whose identifier was account-derived, that credit can be applied by placing an order again; guest orders are not linked across orders, so the customer must contact the merchant for assistance.

AinePay is designed as non-custodial payment software. AinePay does not receive or control the merchant's collection private keys and does not act as a bank, deposit-taking institution, investment adviser or custodian. Merchants remain responsible for confirming whether their use of the service requires any licence, registration or regulatory approval in their jurisdiction.

Blockchain transactions are generally final and irreversible. You must verify the token, network, amount and destination address before submitting a transaction. Funds sent using the wrong token or network, to an incorrect address, or in an incorrect amount may be permanently lost, and AinePay may be unable to recover them.

You may not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law, sanctions or trade restrictions. You represent that you are not a person or entity prohibited from using the service and that you will not make the service available to a prohibited person or for a prohibited transaction.

You are responsible for complying with laws applicable to your business and transactions, including anti-money-laundering, sanctions, tax and consumer-protection requirements. AinePay may request information, restrict access or cooperate with authorities when reasonably necessary to address suspected unlawful activity or a legal obligation. The service does not provide financial, investment, tax or legal advice.

AinePay retains rights in its name, logo, website, hosted service and original content, subject to third-party rights and applicable open-source licences. No right is granted to use the AinePay name or logo in a way that suggests endorsement or ownership.

AinePay may suspend or terminate access when reasonably necessary to protect the service or users, respond to security or legal risks, investigate abuse, or enforce these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Termination does not reverse blockchain transactions or remove obligations and liabilities that arose before termination.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AinePay is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss, lost profits, lost data, loss caused by blockchain congestion or failure, irreversible transactions, incorrect payment details, third-party services, credential compromise outside AinePay's control, or interruption of the service. AinePay's aggregate liability relating to the service will not exceed the fees you paid directly for the service during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where liability cannot legally be limited.

To the extent permitted by law, if your unlawful use of the service, your products or customer relationships, your breach of these terms, or your infringement of another person's rights causes a third-party claim, you are responsible for the resulting reasonably proven direct losses and necessary legal costs incurred by AinePay, except to the extent caused by AinePay's own fault.

These terms are governed by applicable law, without overriding mandatory consumer protections that apply to you. Before starting formal proceedings, you agree to contact support@ainepay.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute. Any unresolved dispute must be brought before a court with lawful jurisdiction over the parties and the dispute.

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date above will be updated when changes are made, and continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
